The National Framework for Planning 4 (NPF4), Scottish Govt planning legislation (please see yesterday’s post) does have a policy advocating the use of renewable energy proposals in Policy 11.

2024 has been an incredible year, and we owe it all to the tireless efforts of our members and the unwavering support of our community. Together, we’ve achieved so much in our fight to protect our local landscape and stand up against SSEN's plans.

We have many wonderful folk out and about delivering leaflets to help our communities object to the proposed plans for the two substations - Thank you!

We are aware that the Planning Application for the new Emmock Substation at Balkemback (Tealing) has been received by Angus Council.

Since forming APAG, I've been humbled by the incredible people I've met and worked with on the APAG Working Group. Their unwavering dedication, selfless commitment, and tireless work for our communities have been nothing short of inspiring.

This is another attempt to speed up the planning process for electrical infrastructure. and cut you out of the consultation. Please express your concerns to your MSPs and MP.

These resources are designed to help you communicate effectively and take the right steps as you participate in consultations and raise your concerns.
