WE HAVE DONE ALL WE CAN....

Today NOTKUP (APAG, DAP and STIG) submitted our closing submission to the Public Inquiry for the TKUP.

Closing submissions from Angus and Aberdeenshire Councils and others involved in the Public Inquiry were also submitted. And now we wait....for SSEN to submit their closing submission and then the Reporters to make their recommendaion to the decision makers- the Scottish Government Ministers.

So, a huge THANK YOU to all who have been part of this journey over the past 3 and a half years.

To John who led us expertly in the Public Inquiry, to all who contributed to Hearings (those who spoke and those who worked quietly behind scenes researching), to Angus Councillors whose objections led to the Public Inquiry, to all community councils who took forward our concerns, to all of you who objected (in your thousands!), to those who helped with the objection tool, to all who attended consultations and fed back their concerns, to all who organised and attended other meetings, to all who designed and delivered information leaflets and organised delivery of these, to all who wrote posts and designed and kept website going, to all who kept a neighbour, friend or family member updated, to all who raised funds (those who donated money whether large or small, those who donated raffle prizes), all who wrote to their elected members and the press. Thank you!
