URGENT CALL TO ALL FARMERS & OPERATORS ALONG THE SSEN 400kV OHL ROUTE (TKUP Project)
We need your immediate help to identify the MAXIMUM HEIGHT of any agricultural machinery used under or near the proposed SSEN 400kV Overhead Line.
Please tell us the tallest heights in working mode of the following:
Combine harvesters with grain tank lids open
Potato, carrot, or beet harvesters with operator platforms including
unloading conveyors.
Self-propelled sprayers in field-ready mode
Any other machinery with raised elevators or self-levelling booms fully extended
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT attempt to measure machinery heights yourself unless it is completely safe to do so.
Where possible, check official operator manuals, manufacturer spec sheets, or ask your local dealer for the maximum stated height of each machine in working condition.
WHY THIS MATTERS:
SSEN has publicly claimed that normal agricultural work can continue safely beneath the proposed pylons.
We need to verify this based on real-world equipment currently in use.
